Place was great and close to the beach. Would come back again

Marcia was a great host that always picked up when I called and was easily able to help out. She was also very flexible with our check-in and check-out times. The place was great, about a two minute walk to the beach/boardwalk, and had easy access to restaurants and other things. I would recommend the place for either families or friends getting together. The house was also able to accommodate many people very easily.

We had a great stay and Marcia is a very attentive host. She even offered to jump start our car when our battery was low. The location of this place is great! Very easy to walk to the beach and boardwalk. The place is nicely decorated and has everything you need.

Overall it was a convenient place to stay. We originally was bringing our dog but plans changed and no longer needed to. It was great to find a place that did accommodate. We had 2 families staying here and just enough beds for everyone. A block and a half from the boardwalk and beach couldn't have been more perfect.
We were upset that we texted Marcia 2 hours before coming and came into an hot apt. We had a few other issues but with communication they got fixed.
Upstairs rooms do not get as much of the central air and can be hot at times. I would suggest bring a fan if you can, esp after 2 families showering after the beach it gets hot.

Marcia made sure to handle all of our needs and questions, and she’s a great communicator. I’ll definitely be checking for her next time I want to stay in OCMD.

great location with plenty of room for 10 beach loving people. And can recommend going to pickles pub for pickle shots. Also if there are 10 of you, going to Seacrets with that large group was very fun.

Great location!! Definitely walking distance to the beach and boardwalk which was great for the kids. The balcony was nice to sit on. There was only one parking space and we wish there was a second. My family and I couldn’t fit in one car with car seats and we were afraid to lose our spot on the street. The decor and open floor plan was really nice inside.

A few things were broken upon our arrival and it caused some inconvenience, like the sink handle in the kitchen and the garbage can lid. The floors made our feet extremely dirty, and we did sweep them quite a few times ourselves. An outdoor shower or hose would have been lovely after coming back from the beach.

We had our dogs and that made it nice for us! Be prepared to bring your own soaps, towels, kitchen supplies, etc.

Marcia was great! We were in communication the entire time if I needed anything and the unit I stayed at was very well taken care of and very clean. A+++

Great place to stay, location is very central to a lot of places. Owner was very helpful and attentive to issues we had. Would recommend! We got 10 people. More twin/full bed than queen beds FYI

Great place. Very close to boardwalk. Ocean views from the decks. Very clean and spacious. Washer and dryer on site was a huge plus as well.

Marcia responded immediately to my texts and calls. She was very kind and willing to help.

The space is priced for what is. We chose this AirBNB because we wanted to be close to the boardwalk and bring along our two dogs. It was better than a hotel and very cute. The house wasn’t super nice so that we would constantly worry about our dogs tracking in dirt. But it wasn’t “bad” either. The floors are all laminate so it was super pet friendly.

The only thing missing was a dishwasher- but whatever... I still enjoyed my stay. I’d definitely stay here again!

Marcia was extremely helpful during our stay, she personally met us to show us where to park our cars to avoid being ticketed/towed. Any questions or concerns she was simply a message away .
