Marcia was a very helpful & friendly host. The location was excellent & very roomy. Two designated parking spots is a very nice perk in OC. The accommodation for OC was very nice…..well loved like most places in OC. A good option for a family or group to stay since it’s close to everything. Again, the true jewel was the kindness of Marcia. Top notch host ?

Fabulous location, and two parking spots! We walked to so many activities every day, and when we needed to drive someplace, we always had a place to park when we got back. The unit was clean and spacious. Marcia is wonderfully responsive and very helpful.

The location is top-notch. The house felt like it had a lot of space. We would stay here again.

This was my first time booking an AirBnB and I couldn’t of had a better experience! My family and I were looking for a place to stay last minute and we were so lucky to come across this listing. Everything was clean and neat and there was a ton of room for guests.

Marcia was a very gracious and attentive host. She assisted us with parking, also gave us ideas on fun activities in the surrounding areas. The house was right off the boardwalk which was very convenient for our group. The photos do not quite capture the size of the house as initially I thought it looked small, but it is very spacious, well-kept and beautiful. I would definitely recommend and stay there again. Marcia was a great host. She helped us find extra parking, came to the house when we needed some help, and was even flexible with our check in times. She was easy to work with. The location of the home is ideal and our group had a lot of fun.

This location is great for downtown. Relaxed vibes and tucked away so you don’t have to deal with how busy the boardwalk can get. I recommend marcias place, it’s spacious and clean.

Needs upgrading and a deep cleaning. Few things are broken or missing parts. Host responds immediately to concerns. Close to the boardwalk which was very convenient.

This house was wonderful and SO close to the beach.

It was clean and tidy and Marcia was so helpful and responsive. She saved our trip after another location was unsatisfactory.

Marcia was a great host! Helped us out with everything we needed! Townhouse was a great size for 10 girls for a weekend trip. Only thing is not much hand soap, toilet paper, and no paper towels or napkins were provided as well as no dish clothes or hand towels. Place is mostly up to date, nice location right by the beach and restaurants.

A few friends and I stayed here over a weekend. It’s location is incredible! (a block away from the boardwalk) Super clean with nice ocean themed decor. Would definitely recommend staying here

This place is in the center of all attractions. Very nice size for a large group. We had a group of 15 adults with 2 small children...The host were very friendly and responded very quickly to some minor issues we encountered. One thing we hoped for was a private pool but that didn't stop us from having a great time. Would definitely rent again in the future.
