Marcia was a great host! She was very accommodating and friendly. She was flexible with our check out experience which was very helpful. Her house is in a PRIME location, great restaurants and the beach all within walking distance. Coming home to the A/C and washer/dryer was a bonus. Plus, our dogs had a great time. Would stay again!

This place was outstanding! My colleagues and I had a fantastic time and the amount of beds was very helpful / gave it even more value. I HIGHLY recommend staying here, the location is perfect and the beds were very comfy.

House was in a great location, size was true to photos, but was lacking in kitchen and bathroom supplies. We had to go out an buy our own.

I am sorry if you were not too happy. I didn’t get any call from you saying you didn’t have this or that. I usually leave all what people need in each house and I do give them a possibility to call me
Anytime if they need anything else more Hope I can do better next time.
Sometimes costumers trow things away to avoid to clean the. ( pots - pans - dish) ... and many times I do leave a way better feedback about the cleaners and behavior how the rentals do also. Always help both ways.

Thank you Marcia for being an exceptional host. Your property was everything you described it to be and more. My family had an amazing vacation. Your hospitality and generosity were second to none. I will be sure to book with you for the rest of my ocmd trips, and will happily spread the word to anyone I know considering vacationing to ocmd. When you are booking a trip with Marcia you can guarantee a very clean property. Although she is kind enough to cater to pets, you’d never guess one stayed there before your visit. Her property was in a great location that made navigating the town very convenient. She is more than accommodating. She was very flexible with check in and out times due to unexpected traffic.
