This house is in a great location and easily accomodated my boyfriend and I, our 4 kids, and our two dogs! 3 great size bedrooms rwith 3 full bathrooms and the downstairs in our unit had two full size day beds as sofas with trundle beds. Easily walkable to the beach and the boardwalk. It felt like a safe area and was quiet at night. Plenty of local walkable convenience stores, beer and wine stores, and restaurants. Two parking spaces and plenty on the street as well. Marcia was easy to reach and very flexible! Highly recommend!

Everything was clean. Great location to downtown.

Marcia's townhome was really nice and in an awesome location. Fairly well stocked with dishes/utensils but I recommend bringing your own cookware if you really need it. Short walk to the beach & all the boardwalk activities. My teen son and friends (6 of them) walked everywhere. The listing photos don't accurately depict the living room space though...it's not very big so if I go back, I'd only take 6-7 adults/teens...we had 9 total and it was crowded. Lucky we had good weather all 4 days so we could use the outside picnic table to eat. There are only 6 chairs around the kitchen table. The living room couches in the unit we rented were daybeds (with trundles underneath) which can be great for extra sleeping arrangements, but made it tough to use the living space and kitchen when others are asleep. We brought an airbed and that helped so it wasn't wall-to-wall beds. None of the boys wanted to use the upper bunk (full size bunkbed btw) but we managed. It's pet-friendly and our neighbors had dogs but I was glad we decided last minute to leave our pups at home. Bring your own towels (and bath mats) but Marcia provides linens upon request. She was very responsive and helped us whenever I called. She let us check in early and sent maintenance guys immediately when our sink had an issue. Quiet home with 2 parking spots and surrounding neighborhood. I'd go back!

Marcia’s place was clean & in the perfect location; walking distance to the beach and also many restaurants. Marcia also let us adjust our check out time which was super helpful! Would definitely recommend.

This is a great property in an even better location; a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, and walking distance to a number of restaurants and other amenities. The only thing better than the property and location was the customer service from Marcia, she was extremely accommodating and responsive.

Marcias place was clean, newly renovated, and within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and entertainment. I would highly recommend staying here. Marcia was quick to respond and let us check in early and told us that we could take our time checking out. Very satisfied!

Marcia's place is steps away from the beach and boardwalk. The townhouse is updated and clean. There is more than enough space for 10 people. Marcia's communication from the time of booking till the end of the trip is excellent.

Marcia was a wonderful host with great communication. She let us into the house early & the place was clean and ready. The only setback was that we had there were no sheets or towels, had to ask for them to be brought over then make the beds ourselves. Other than that, we had a great stay and we highly recommend booking with Marcia

Bring your own everything pretty much. There's not enough silverware, and not enough dish cloths, dish towels, hand towels, no bath soap, no bathroom trash cans. However there was kitchen dish soap and dishwasher soap. The 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms and being 3 blocks from the beach made up for the rest. I was new to air bnb, and I wasn't expecting to have to bring everything, especially for the price.

Beautiful place to stay. It is convenient to everything. The house was very clean and the customer service was amazing!
