Overall Marcia did a good job of communicating and taking care of sheets, small electrical problem and overall tried her best.
Not sure what happened, however, there were no smoke detectors in the house. There was a mount on the ceiling at both ends of the hallway where smoke detectors were located.
However, no detector was there during our stay. We only realized the lack of smoke detectors on our 5th night staying. My son was cooking something that smoked and that is how we found out.
Overall, I would say Marcia did a good job.

Perfect location, Clean place, plenty of room for 10 people. The AC worked perfectly. Marcia was wonderful, quick to respond and willing to help in any way she could! We definitelty will recommend Marcia GoodtimesOC to everyone!

Marcia’s place at a very good location. It is a short walk to the beach, good restaurants, mini golf and the Jolly Rogers amusement park. There is plenty of parking. And it is located at the end of the boardwalk where the beach is quiet and clean. It is not the hopping park of the boardwalk but we much prefer less noise and less crowds because of covid.
But we unfortunately did not have a smooth start to our trip because we were not given the access code to the apartment even though we requested it several times on the drive there. They did not respond to our calls or texts or messages to the app. We were not let in until after we arrived.
When we finally got into the apartment there was a terrible problem with flies. We spent hours swatting and eliminating flies. We understand that Ocean City has flies and insects but either the cleaning crew or the previous guests were not mindful to close the front door immediately upon entering and exiting. And to remain considerate after checkout for the following guests.
There were a few things to note that were not available during our stay. We had to request for sheets. And towels are not provided although there is a washer dryer. Not a big deal because towels need to be washed after the beach but the dryer squeaks so loudly that you shouldn’t use it at bedtime.
Also there are no hooks or towel bar in the master bathroom so there is just nowhere to hang anything. There are no closets with hangers either so you have to live out of your suitcase. Also, the kitchen has no dish drying rack for washed dishes. And the microwave was placed up very high so you have to be careful taking hot food out because there was no hot mitts. The upside is that there are stainless steel pots instead of scratched up non stick that has been our experience at other Airbnb’s. Overall, the place is more bare bones, and it could have been cleaned better. But as a beach house, we enjoyed it very much because of the location.

Marcia was a very attentive host! She was on top of it when I texted her that I had forgotten to bring my sheets from home. She answers texts immediately and makes the check in process super easy. I would recommend Marcia’s properties for your stay in OCMD!

Great place to stay. Have a bunch of things to do within walking distance without be directly on coastal highway. Quiet little area. Plenty of sleeping space for 10 people. The place was clean and a great little beach get away.
