Marcia’s place is really convenient to downtown OC and has lots of space for people to sleep. Marcia was really easy to get in touch with and flexible with check in and out. Some fixtures like locks and faucets were not functional but didn’t impact our stay. Overall would definitely stay here again!

We were a group of 14 women and 2 dogs here for a softball tournament. The house was exactly how it is showed. It sleeps 15 people easily. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. House is close to all of the things the strip has to offer but is off the beaten path so it’s quiet at night. Marcia is awesome and was extremely helpful

I spent an awesome week with my significant other, my kids, grandkids & my malti-poo, too in the condo on St Louis Ave. The condo had ample room for the 12 of us and it was cozy, comfortable and decorated nicely. Marcia was very accommodating and super friendly before, during and after our stay. It was obvious that it’s very important to her that those visiting enjoy their stay as she and her husband gave us several recommendations and were quick to respond with our requests. I’m looking forward to checking out other vacation spots hosted by Marcia, also for future vacations as I’m sure it will also be a pleasant experience!

We booked this house be close to the festival that ended up being canceled as we were leaving to head there. We ultimately decided to go and make the best of it. Marcia had great communication with us and we enjoyed our stay. If they have the festival next year we will book this place again!

The Pelican House is great, spacious, clean and so conveniently located to the beach, the boardwalk. I had issues reaching out to Marcia at first, it is best to communicate via text or phone. Marcia was extremely accommodating, brought extra sets of keys for our entire group and allowed me to check out late on our last day. The Airbnb description of the beds is not accurate, it describes some of the beds as queen size, but they are king size. The Bunk beds are queen size (not common), and the day beds in the living area and ground floor are twins. Kitchen is a bit disorganized, but everything you need is there. All in all, I would stay there again, and would also check out Marcia's other rental properties!

Description was perfect the house was more then big enough for 5 adults and a few kids. Great location ! Will be back !

One of the best hosts I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with!! Marcia was so very accommodating for a bachelorette party that was delayed a year due to Covid. Her promptness and willingness to accommodate our group of girls was above and beyond!! Everything from location to the house itself was IDEAL!!! GREAT for bachelorettes and large groups

We LOVED our stay at Pelican House. Just three blocks from the Boardwalk and beach - a perfect location. We had six adults and plenty of room - we could have easily slept twice as many. And Marcia was amazing - always ready to help out no matter what we needed - beach umbrellas, floats, you name it, she provided.

Marcia’s place was a wonderful place to stay. She was great with communication. Our group had an absolute blast! Definitely recommend.

Great locations. Big house, plenty of space for groups

Great house for a group of people and in a great location. However, we did have issues with check in. Our check in time was at 4 o’clock, but when we arrived the house was no where near ready for us. They cleaners were JUST getting started. I was in contact with the homeowner 2 hours prior to our arrival (she requested I call her 2 hours before I arrived) and she did not mention the house wouldn’t be ready, until the very last minute when we had already arrived. We spoke the day prior when she informed me I’d be able to get into the home before the check in time. Remotes for TV didn’t work, and was never given wifi password. However, Marcia was very nice and we did come to an understanding.

Our stay in the Pelican Townhouse was great! The home was nice and clean upon arrival, and very spacious to accommodate my large group for a birthday getaway. The pictures shown are accurate (if anything, they don’t do the home justice)! Each room
was tidy and nicely put together with enough space to comfortably store luggage and other items while still offering a ton of room to walk around. There were also plenty of extra pillows and blankets available.

The kitchen was beautiful with an island in the middle that fit well for socializing. There were games like corn hole and foosball in the garage, and two balconies.

The host was also able to accommodate a slightly earlier check in and slightly later check out. This allowed us to sleep in a bit on our last day. Thanks Marcia!

Great location, right next to the beach and the prime part of the boardwalk. Unfortunately, we had a few issues checking with the sheets not being put on before hand, and no remotes having any batteries in them. Also noticed by us were the bathroom doors not locking, the microwave turning off randomly, and the downstairs bathroom faucet randomly falling off and not working. I enjoyed the location and service was not bad, but I hope the problems can get fixed in a timely manner.

We really enjoyed our stay and Marcia was a great host and very accommodating. We would like to make it a trip every year!

Overall great time in spite of some issues with shower repair, inadvertent turned off hot water heater, missing K-Cup coffee machine and entry door level of security.
Marcia was very responsive to our calls and concerns.
Great location and very comfortable accommodations.

Great home that is great for any group event! Spacious, well kept, and a quick walk to the boardwalk. Would recommend for your next group event.

I would recommend this stay to everyone! The house is in the perfect location because the beach and boardwalk are just about a 5 minute walk from the house. There’s a little store nearby to grab items when you’re in a pinch, and there are countless options if you take a 5 minute drive over the bridge. Location couldn’t be better. The house was so spacious and was set up perfectly for my large group of 13 people. We had more than enough room and beds to accommodate us. The house was clean, and it was a great value for such a large group. I would LOVE to come back in the future!!

Great place for a large group, very spacious house, easy to get to, convenience store a block away. The 3 decks are great for hanging out on, ping pong table and cornhole in the garage. Would definitely stay here again!
