This unit is on the first floor which has very easy access.There are 2 units 69 & 70 that are on the first floor and they are exactly the same and have a soundproof set of connecting doors which could be opened if desired to make one big unit.

The boardwalk and beach are an easy 3 short block (5min) walk from the house and 1 block walk to the bay. Located on St Louis Ave this condo is close to rides and attractions that others have to drive to including Fisher’s Popcorn, the light show and fireworks, several waterfront restaurants and nightclubs, Talbot Street Marina, churches, boat rides (and boat and jet ski rentals), and a fishing pier. There is a nice patio below with charcoal grills and picnic tables. Also, there are 2 reserved parking spots and street parking for additional cars. OC Life units are very popular because of the location and price.

This 2 bedroom 1 ½ bath 2 story townhouse was totally renovated in a beachy theme. It is clean and beautiful. This Downtown Gem is great for groups, families, grads, cruisers and is pet friendly! There is laminate flooring throughout.

As for sleeping accommodations, the master bedroom has a King bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds with a daybed trundle . The living room has a daybed with a trundle underneath which are 2 single beds, and a full size futon. . There are 3 Smart Streaming TVs and fast free internet.

Full weeks and mini weeks are available. We also have 4 other units in this same complex for vacation rentals. 3 two bedrooms and 2 one bedrooms. Rent one, two, or all of them if you want to put a different group in each one. All of our other units are close by, so if you have friends renting our other properties they will be close by.

We live locally and do our own EASY CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT WITH NO LINES. Some people rent from us just for this reason. Our cleaners mainly clean our units. This may help you to check in early if they are finished. If you need recommendations or have any problems, we live nearby and are glad to help.
