This was a great place to stay. I really liked the place and the time we spent here was great. The location was phenomenal and the space was clean.

The only two things we found inconvenient were the lack of bodywash +towels and the early checkout - fair enough though since these were already clarified in the listing.

Even with these inconveniences, I would definitely stay here again!

Great place, very convenient to everything. Once I parked I never needed to use the car again. Close to beach and restaurants, had everything we needed!

Was a great stay for me and my friends there were 8 of us. Perfect spot next to beach and boardwalk. A ton of spots for food. A lot of bars near by. We didn’t drive our cars the entire trip. There is a drive thru beer distributor right behind the house. All of the neighbors were very friendly and the balcony is so nice. Lastly Marcia is a great host she was there for whatever we needed.

This was a great stay, almost reluctant to give a good review and have competition for my next stay ?. This will be my first option next time I go down to OC, perfect location, lots of room, and host was very flexible from pet policy to checkin/out. I’ll only stay somewhere else in OC if this place isn’t available. Thank you for the experience!!

Location was great and was in walking distance of everything. Whenever we had questions Marcia responded really fast. Overall, my group loved our stay here.

EXCELLENT location -- very close to the beach (2 blocks). Host was very helpful with anything you asked via text. Parking was convenient and well marked. Clean and sheets were included though said they were not included. Balcony location was great to see the street and ocean but awkward off the master bedroom. Drying rack was so helpful.
Listed as sleeps 8 -- you can only sleep 5 maximum -- the daybed and futon are in the LR and not good for sleeping/luggage or watching TV.
We were unable to get keypad access code until we arrived in OC and calling the host. Wish it was listed like mentioned 3 days before in advertisement.
Needs improvement: floor are sloping (fountain issues?) so felt unsteady. No outdoor shower/house after beach sand is rough. Beds were very hard and needs mattress toppers, shower faucet was broken and fell off. Kitchen was not well stocked and items were very dirty that we did find. No kitchen table -- you really can not eat any meals together, no room. Balcony high top chairs need rust removed and maybe add cushions?

We had an amazing time staying here! It is so conveniently located in the heart of Ocean City's downtown and so close to the beach. The place itself was very nice too and we loved the balcony upstairs! Marcia was so helpful during check-in, making sure we knew where to park and also that we had enough towels. Definitely recommend this place!

This is in the best location in Ocean City! We walked everywhere and didn't need to drive our car the entire week stay. Marcia was wonderful! She was there to greet us when we arrived to make sure we were settled in. Everything was very clean! Anything we needed Marcia was on it in minutes. Beautifully decorated with amazing art work as well. The deck was so relaxing with great views. We feel so lucky to have had such an amazing vacation! Can't wait to stay again!

Marcia’s place is in a wonderful location. We were able to easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. Marcia is a wonderful host. She provided us with restaurant locations, was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We highly recommend the upstairs balcony as it has an amazing view!

Had such a great stay at the Cavalier 201! The location was amazing, just a short walk to the beach. The place was clean and was perfect for our weekend getaway. Marcia was a great host, very responsive and accommodating and very hospitable! Highly recommend!

The place had a beautiful balcony with a beautiful view everything is so close by that you don’t even have to drive unless you really need to the host was very quick with responding and very helpful the place is very spacious with lots of beds. Only issues were the place could of been a bit more cleaner than what it was the shower was broken when I arrived and they sent someone to fix it the next day but on my way there I had some issues so I checked in very late at night which gave them all day to fix it before their guest arrived which I don’t know why that wasn’t done instead of me waiting for a handy man to finish fixing something while I’m on vacation with limited time to do things and then we also noticed on our last day the shower was leaking onto the steps from the ceiling also I think they should get better locks to prevent guest with children to just walk out the door because it’s a very easy way to just open the door it’s just a suggestion to add a top lock or something for the future guest to feel more safe but other then that if the issues get fixed then it will be a very nice place to stay in
