Marcia offered me a different condo in the same building when the one I booked was having an issue.. the one she put me in was nice and seemed like it had some recent renovations.. any questions I had Marcia answered quickly.. the condo was close to where Sunfest was being held so it was walkable!! And pet friendly!! That was the key!! So that’s what make this a perfect fit for this trip.. I would definitely rent it again if I partake in Sunfest next year!!

Marcia was amazing host. She was incredibly responsive and was extremely helpful and made sure we were comfortable at all times! Would definitely stay there again!

A great place for a post music festival crash pad. Close enough that we could take a break for lunch east at the apartment then walk back to the show without missing much.

Great place, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and pet friendly which helped our diabetic dog! Definitely going back next year!

Marcia's place was centrally located as in 1 block in any direction for food, drinks and beach access. Photo's were deceiving as unit is located in a building with about 5 other units and each building surrounding is very close to the next. Overall fair stay, there was a slight odor when we entered and some flies that were quickly taken care of and did not come back during our stay. Otherwise there appears to be a strong attempt to update the place, although there could be other adjustments made to make accommodations more comfortable. Marcia was responsive whenever we called her, and helpful with any questions regarding the surrounding area. We loved that it was pet friendly, our pup really enjoyed joining us for vacation. Overall if you are looking for somewhere to simply rest your head and not much more, it was a great place!

This place is sooooooo close to the boardwalk. Walking distance to a cafe, convenience store, and many restaurants as well. Host also provided a parking spot! It was spacious enough for 3 adults, 1 baby (we brought baby's pack n play) and two large German Shepherds.

Host was very communicative and helpful. We had issues with the people upstairs being incredibly noisy and she reached out to the owners of that airbnb on our behalf.

The towels and bed sheets are well loved. Next time I'd probably bring my own. There was also no comforter.

Overall, great place to stay for a weekend trip to the beach.

Place was big enough for 1-2 people. Though when I was staying there the ceiling fan was making some weird noises so I didn’t use it, and the bed felt and looked like it was going to break with just my weight on it.(could see the legs underneath bending) other than that it was nice and close to the beach and boardwalk. Hope they can address the small issues I had.

We had a great visit to OCMD. Our stay was very nice. Marsha we very helpful with check-in and finding parking. Her condo was very clean and we felt comfortable and safe there.

Place is in a great location! So easy to get to the beach and back with our 1 year old. The unit could have been cleaner. It was tidy, but there were some stains on the blankets and walls of the bathroom. Certainly not disgusting, but it was clear there wasn’t any cleaning service that came in before we arrived. Otherwise, it was perfect for our small family and we enjoyed our stay. Marcia was very responsive on the few interactions that we reached out to her.

Our stay was great, and Marcia is very nice and responsive. The unit is really close to the bridge and the boardwalk which are both big pluses, and it's very close to other points of interest like Assateague and other inland parks. We were very happy with our weekend stay here.

Place is just as its pictures! Clean. Great location and in a safe area! Parking is across the street but that is truly the only flaw of this place!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this location. first and foremost for us was the location which was ideal- we were literally two blocks from the ocean and boardwalk and only two blocks from the bay. the townhome was clean when we arrived and the parking was close by. Marcia was extremely communicative from the very start, she answers quickly and is friendly. Our shower stopped working one day and she and her repairman handled the problem professionally within the hour I had texted her. We'll definitely be back next year

A wonderful spot just a block away from a breathtaking ocean and the lively boardwalk. Not only was it a wonderful price but Marcia was very accommodating and communicative.

I’d definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking.

The host Marcia and her husband were great hosts. They were just one phone call away and very responsive. the location is great. The beach, grocery store, restaurants are very close. Slight problems with fridge but I am sure they will fix it

The location is the absolute best! You are literally a block away from the beach and boardwalk, beautiful restaurants, and a few blocks away from the pier with rides and attractions. The condo was clean and the host is extremely accommodating and responsive.

I booked this place bc of the location to the beach. There are also stores and restaurants all around it. The pictures showed a small apt that looked clean and tidy. Traveling down, I messaged Marcia, the host two hours before arrival asking for the key code. No response. So I called when I arrived at 3pm, I was an hour early but we planned to roam around until check in at 4pm. She answered the phone and let me know which location we were actually staying at (the listing has two different addresses). She allowed us to put our things inside and said someone would be over in 45 mins to bring bedding. Now this is literally 15 mins before we were expected to arrive. That’s not enough time to clean a small apt. Parking is a block away from the apt in some parking lot thru an alley, I didn’t like the idea of parking where I couldn’t see my car. But it was safe the whole time. Upon walking to the apt I noticed that outside of the apt building is unkept. (Overgrown grass/weeds, cigarette butts just dumped on the ground, and the deck had a puddle we had to keep walking thru to get to our room. Once we walked in the smell of uncontrolled moisture slapped me in the face. It stunk as if there was water leaking/damage somewhere. There were rust stains on the fridge and bathroom heater so I’m assuming water definitely damaged those. Some of the light switches didn’t work so you had to walk across a room and use the other one. The floor wasn’t swept and had sand all over it. I went to go sit on the king size bed before going to sleep and it slid across the floor. I messaged the host that very minute and she said it would be fixed but never was. So the whole time we were there if you moved or rolled the bed went with ya. The pillows are throw pillows, not actual bed size pillows. So I’m glad I brought my own and a blanket. The quilts were rough and uncomfortable. The bed in the living room is a pull out trundle bed so I actually slept out there with my son bc I couldn’t stand it anymore. There wasn’t quality cleaning items there so cleaning after ourselves wasn’t a complete job. I swept the floor daily but the broom was so worn down it didn’t do much and there was no dust pan to pick it up. So it sat on the floor in a pile. If there was a vacuum it would make clean up much easier. There was no indication where to toss our trash at so that also sat there. The shower was a hand held so spraying my son down after the beach was super easy and quick. Connecting to WiFi was a joke. It took forever to try connecting to the WiFi that was supposed to be available. I had to provide info from my own WiFi service and log into Netflix bc nothing else worked. The neighbors above us were super loud every morning running and jumping waking me up early and a dog would bark like crazy too. Overall, my experience here wasn’t that great. It could have been cleaner and had decent cleaning products. The location and the shower were my favorite things about this place.
