If you want to visit the boardwalk this location is great, just one block away. The dedicated parking spot is so convenient. The space is comfortable and well appointed. I'd happily stay here again.

Our stay at Marcia’s place was in a word perfect. When discussing our vacation my husband and I agreed it was such a great trip in no small part to the excellent accommodations.
The highlights:
1. Location! This is a block and a half from the beach which in itself was amazing, and it is right down town but not super noisy and with the parking off street it was perfect. We also had a friend come for dinner and he was easily able to find street parking on a Saturday night.
2. The house itself! The property was lovely. It’s an end unit with two stories and a nice little closed balcony off the master which was great to relax on at night and watch the nightlife. The decor was really beautiful and really gave you the sense of being in a home as opposed to a soulless hotel. Two bathrooms and two bedrooms was perfect for our family of five and having laundry on site was a lifesaver with two kids. The only caveat I would add is the beautiful spiral staircase is not exactly kid friendly—there is a second outdoor staircase to enter the second floor with, but if our kids were any younger we would have probably wanted a baby gate or something. Not a detractor, but definitely something to note if you have small small kids.
3. The host! Marcia was amazing. She was super quick to communicate and when we noticed there wasn’t a toaster in the unit, within 20 minutes a brand new one was supplied! She was also very flexible when we requested to extend our stay at the last minute which really meant a lot.
We also did not have any issues at all with the shower as the previous reviewer mentioned, and a new washer had been recently installed so we had no issues with laundry. I worked remotely one day and the WIFI worked just fine for my purposes, however if someone needed more strength the All Friends coffee shop two minutes walk away also had great WiFi and even better coffee!
I would absolutely stay at Marcia’s properties again if only for her customer service, but the property is beautiful to boot. You won’t regret staying here!

The owner was very nice.
Pros - a block from the beach. Excellent location.

Cons -
I contacted the owner 6-7 hours before arriving. I got no response until I got to the front door.
This is an unsettling feeling to not know how to get in the rental being 5-6 hours from home.
I asked about towels and linens. The owner mentioned she would leave extra. There really was only 2 bath towels. My husband and I went and bought towels at Walmart. The owner dropped some off after we bought, and the towels were very old and extremely used with bleach stains.
The shower. This was one of the BIGGEST issues. There was so little water pressure that each person took 10 minutes + to shower opposed to maybe a three or four minute shower. There was literally 12 - 1 5 streams of water with the weakest strength barely washing off sand from the beach. There was not even enough pressure to wash the sand down it had to be hand cleaned.
The washing machine did not work as advertised. It was filled with water upon arrival.
Even trying to do a rinse and drain cycle did not fix it and it was unusable. For the entire stay everything had to be hand washed and wrung out.
There are no locks on any of the doors except for the upstairs bathroom. The bedrooms do not have locks on the doors and the downstairs bathroom does not lock either.
The wifi was not stable and a hotspot had to be used the entire time there. It was so intermittent and only worked for very short periods.
It was extremely disappointing to have all of these issues. I would think twice before renting this location.
