My family planned a weekend trip to OCMD and originally booked a different location with different hosts, which I will not name. That place was well below our expectations and we needed to find a place fast. I was frantically searching for a place and I found this rental. We clicked “reserve” and were notified the host could take up to 24 hours to respond. Although I was worried, Marcia was calling us within minutes of sending the request, and she told us that we could head to her place immediately as it was ready for our stay. She even stayed on the phone with us to help with directions.
When we walked into this place we were amazed. It is beautifully decorated with all things that remind you of the beach. It was extremely clean! We have a 15 month old and we felt very comfortable letting him crawl around from the moment we arrived. It is very spacious- there was enough room for friends and kids. And we were able to have our 8 year old German Shepherd with us.

I cannot say enough how much we loved our stay here. Not only was the house above and beyond what the pictures show, but Marcia was the perfect host. If you’re looking for a getaway that is only a 2 block walk from the beach and OCMD boardwalk, I highly recommend staying here! My family is extremely satisfied and will be staying at one of Marcia’s places in the future.

This house is perfect for large groups and is in a great spot. There is a nice corner store at the end of the street, as well as many other places to eat and drink on the bordwalk. The house overall was clean and Marcia is an excellent host. Would definitely recommend.

Great place close to all the things you could want or need! Three bedrooms and 2 1/2 easily accommodated the entire family and we had planty of room. Marcia is super helpful about all the things and responded very timely and helped our 3rd car get free parking pretty close. Will definitely stay stay here again!

Great location to everything with a quick route off the island to the mainland. Lots of beds to spread a large family out and having 3 bathrooms was essential. Boardwalk and Bay both a short walk away, large playground for little ones and ball fields for dogs to run in were on the next street over.
