Great location! Loved the little 24 hour store right around the corner for late night snacks and essentials. Place was clean and tidy. Worked perfect for our weekend getaway. Super close to boardwalk! Can’t wait to go back!!

Marcia was very kind. She let us check out later than expected and was great at communicating. Plenty of sleeping room. Short walk to the beach.

Marcia was a great host! She was responsive and very accommodating. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, and helped us enjoy a nice weekend away! I would highly recommend staying at one of her properties.

Bahama 32 was just what we needed for a large group for a weekend. So close to the beach, boardwalk, and tons of restaurants and bars. Parking was free and right next door! We had 13 people (and 3 dogs), and everyone got a bed! The kitchen was large and fully stocked. The only downside is because we had to use the mattresses in the living room for bed spots, we didn’t have a common area to hang out in besides the kitchen. However, it was perfect for what we needed. Would definitely recommend this place!

Spacious and very close to the beach

Easy to get a hold of and easy to talk to. Communication is great and the place/location is in a good area and a very nice place.

407 was a great place to stay! We had 10 of us and there was easily bed space for everyone. It was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach as well. There was a convenience store on the same block which made getting snacks and household supplies like extra paper towels or paper plates easy. Marcia was very fast at returning any inquiries we had, and her clear communication was much appreciated. The pool access that comes with the house was the cherry on top!

We really enjoyed our visit to Ocean City. The house is in an excellent location and clean.

Very large and spacious rental. About 2 blocks from the boardwalk. Nice pool area that’s a shared space.

My family had a great time. Marcia was very quick to respond to any question we had and the house is so central to everything. I would suggest a list of good places to eat by cuisine and better description of the sleeping arrangements.

The place was close to the beach and within a walkable distance. Also, Marcia was a great host and extremely helpful.

The host of the house is outstanding and very responsive. The house it self is perfect for a big family or big group of friends it. The house is 5 minutes away from the board walk and there is a convenient store next door which made the stay more. Overall all stay was great and I am definitely coming back to the house 5/5 stars hands down.

One of the better Airbnb’s I have stayed at. Had at wonderful time at Marcia’s place. We were a group of 10 people and there was more than enough room for all of us to sleep comfortably. Check in was easier than getting into my own house, keyless entry which made it so much easier going in and out without having to worry about who’s responsible for the key. Marcia was also one message away for any question, very quick responses. Only two blocks from the beach and boardwalk with lots of things to do and eat near by & a liquor store right down the street. The only thing that I can complain about are the showers. Really small showers which made it a bit uncomfortable to shower.

The location is great, and Marcia was quick to respond to any questions I had. I felt very comfortable, and there was great hospitality shown to my whole group. Would come back again!

Great place to stay at with some friends or some family. Lotta beds if you want to go with a group up to about 12 people. Pretty close to everything. Good stay!

Marcia was a fantastic host who was always available if we had any questions or concerns. We had more cars than the allotted amount and Marcia came down personally to make sure we knew where to find free parking.

The house was clean and had lots of sleeping space and is very close to the boardwalk as advertised. We also felt very safe on this condo property as the doors were very solid with key code locks and staff walking the grounds.

Parking was a little confusing as you need to walk a block to register your car for parking passes and there aren’t any signs telling you where to go but that is more of a negative critique on the property management and not our host.

The unit is made up of pretty much all beds (big TVs in each room), 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. So without any couches (the living room had 4 beds instead), this place is more suited for guests who need a place to sleep at night and will be out and about in OC the rest of the day and night. While there that fit our group perfectly, it’s something to keep in mind for people who are only out during the day and wanted a true living room/hangout space for night. Marcia does have other properties available if you did prefer a place with more ‘hangout rooms’.

All in all, we had a fantastic time!
