Maria is the most attentive host. Her response time was almost immediate. She took great care to give directions around the construction and stayed on the phone until we got in.

Wow! What a great location! My family and I have stayed at several different places in OC but the Assateague House was the best! It was clean, great location, beautiful view of the OC, and responsive owners. We will definitely stay there again! We had a great family vacation! I highly recommend it!

Awesome Location!! You can literally park & walk to everything from the moment you arrive- beach/boardwalk/amusement park and restaurant and bars all within 1/4 mile. Rooms are large with plenty of space & lots of clothing/luggage storage, and TVs in each room with great Wi-Fi (300mb/s down) means everyone gets to stream what they want. Kitchen came well stocked with everything you’d need for meals, plus Bar Counter tops and large glass table for meals & hanging out, and the beachy vibe is evident all throughout. The pool was great, right on the inlet with plenty of seating. Sunsets here are amazing, with very comfortable elevated Adirondack-like chair to enjoy them from, as well as watching all of the boat traffic to and from Ocean City Inlet. Showers are large with nice tiling and glass doors. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars IMHO are the beds- which need some updating. They are “springy” and seems the same type of mattresses were used for each room. Outside that- fantastic place to stay if you are trying to experience the best Ocean City has to offer.

This condo was in the location. It is spacious, super clean, and beautifully decorated. We loved our coffee on the lanai and the boats pass. We also had a perfect view of the sunset. Marcia was easy to communicate with and make the entire pleasant. Would highly recommend!

Great place for families and large groups! The location is outstanding!

Apartment was clean and spacious, beds were low quality but acceptable. Make sure you bring blankets, towels, and pillows.

Well the worst thing was we had to leave! I already ask if I can reserve for next year! The views are breathtaking and the condo was just as pictured! Marcia is incredible! She let us check in early and took time a month before our trip to talk with me on the phone about the unit. Everything was clean and in working condition. Very quiet building and there were dogs almost throughout the whole building! (Which we loved) My dog made friends with everyone and everyone in the building was great! Very short walk to beach, boardwalk and many other activities. I could go on and on but I think I said enough! 100 stars for host and condo! A must stay!

Nice location and beautiful view from the patio. Dog-friendly and plenty of friendly dogs and people in the area. The description said to bring sheets but when we got there, there were already clean sheets so ask her to be specific about that. There were a few things not working right, including all the TVs but we had a good time since we got lucky with the weather. Wifi does work. Easy 2 min walk to the boardwalk.

Spacious condo with everything you need for a great stay. Awesome location and the sunsets are the absolute best!

Visited in off season- huge balcony with lovely views. Quiet area, yet close to the bustling ocean city attractions. Excellent value- would recommend. This was my first air b&b experience. Bring hand towels and kitchen sponges.

Marcia is an amazing host. She responds within minutes with accurate, helpful information. The place is terrific - lots of space and it's in an ideal location. Also, the two parking spots were very convenient. The view is outstanding and relaxing. Our experience couldn't have been better.

Great host, very friendly and quick to reply to calls or messages. Location was perfect for us with a great view of the water from the extended balcony. WiFi worked flawlessly and plenty of room in the kitchen and fridge for all our stuff.

Great place! Great view! Even the dog loved it! Extra wide hallways, doors, rooms and an elevator to help Grandma and Grandpa. Plenty of parking, walking distance to boardwalk. Big dining room table and we were able to seat ten for dinner.
Host(es) were fabulous and accommodating throughout the trip.

You can expect a wonderful space as advertised with a great view ! There was free parking which was very nice. Marcia was extremely responsive to all of our questions and requirements. We would highly recommend Marcia and her place!

The location, and the view, can't be beat! The place was clean and comfortably furnished. The rooms are large - the unit was really comfortable for seven adults. Marcia was really great to work with. Communication was quick and easy. Might become our go to place for off season in Ocean City!
